This is our most popular service and is geared towards bringing bikes back to life or keeping your trusted machine munching many miles to come. Whether you commute or ride for recreation, keeping your bike serviced will make the world of difference to your ride and your reliability. Price does not include parts, however, we do recommend a minimum of new cables and housing unless recently replaced, as these can make all the difference. Service features ... Brake service Drivetrain service Component clean and degrease Headset and Bottom Bracket adjusted (serviced within our Full-Service package) Hubs adjusted (serviced within our Full-Service package) Wheels inspected for wear and spokes trued where necessary Accessories are fitted for free (i.e mudguards/pannier rack) Replacement parts are not included in the price
Cancellation Policy
Required Kit: A roadworthy bike (checked for brakes, tires, gears) A helmet (strongly recommended) A water bottle Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes Before the Session: Our instructor, Emma, will contact you before your session to discuss your experience level, needs, and goals. She’ll walk you through the process to ensure you're fully prepared. Optional Follow-up Session: A second session is available for those ready to move from off-road to on-road cycling, including road position, signaling, navigating junctions, and understanding traffic flow. 📋 Terms and Conditions (For Adult Training Sessions) By booking an Adult Cycle Training session, you agree to the following terms: Bike & Helmet Requirement: Participants must bring a safe, working bicycle. Wearing a helmet is strongly advised for your safety. Fitness to Participate: You confirm you are physically fit to participate. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns in advance. Instructor Contact & Assessment: You will be contacted by Emma, our instructor, before the session to assess your level and tailor the training to your needs. Road Training Eligibility: On-road sessions are only available to riders who have demonstrated competent bike handling skills in a controlled environment. Safety Compliance: All participants must follow the trainer’s instructions and adhere to road safety rules. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. BikeVibe reserves the right to postpone or cancel sessions in case of unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Insurance & Liability: BikeVibe and its instructors are not responsible for accidents or injuries due to participant negligence or faulty personal equipment. Photography: We may take photographs for promotional purposes. Please notify us in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.
