Service Description
Description: We offer expert diagnostic and basic repair services for DJI drones and cameras. Whether your drone isn’t flying correctly or your camera isn’t capturing as it should, our certified technicians will get it back to perfect working order. Basic Repair Service – £49 Includes full inspection, fault diagnosis, and minor repairs. Replacement parts (if required) are charged separately. Common Repairs We Cover: Gimbal and camera alignment issues Broken or cracked drone arms Propeller or motor replacement GPS or compass calibration Firmware updates and software resets Connection and signal issues Battery or charging faults Lens or sensor cleaning Gimbal ribbon cable replacement Flight stability or control issues Our Service Process: Book Your Repair – Schedule your diagnostic service online or in-store. Inspection & Diagnosis – We assess your drone or camera and identify any issues. Estimate & Approval – You’ll receive a clear quote for any required parts or additional repairs. Repair & Test – Our technicians complete the repair and perform thorough testing. Collection or Return – Once approved, your drone or camera is ready for pickup or shipping. Price: £49 (covers diagnostics and basic repair; parts extra)

Required Kit: A roadworthy bike (checked for brakes, tires, gears) A helmet (strongly recommended) A water bottle Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes Before the Session: Our instructor, Emma, will contact you before your session to discuss your experience level, needs, and goals. She’ll walk you through the process to ensure you're fully prepared. Optional Follow-up Session: A second session is available for those ready to move from off-road to on-road cycling, including road position, signaling, navigating junctions, and understanding traffic flow. 📋 Terms and Conditions (For Adult Training Sessions) By booking an Adult Cycle Training session, you agree to the following terms: Bike & Helmet Requirement: Participants must bring a safe, working bicycle. Wearing a helmet is strongly advised for your safety. Fitness to Participate: You confirm you are physically fit to participate. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns in advance. Instructor Contact & Assessment: You will be contacted by Emma, our instructor, before the session to assess your level and tailor the training to your needs. Road Training Eligibility: On-road sessions are only available to riders who have demonstrated competent bike handling skills in a controlled environment. Safety Compliance: All participants must follow the trainer’s instructions and adhere to road safety rules. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. BikeVibe reserves the right to postpone or cancel sessions in case of unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Insurance & Liability: BikeVibe and its instructors are not responsible for accidents or injuries due to participant negligence or faulty personal equipment. Photography: We may take photographs for promotional purposes. Please notify us in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.
