The Arc features a 375Wh integrated battery, offering up to 40km/64 miles of range and recharging fully in 5 hours. It is powered by a Bafang rear hub motor system that provides 32Nm of torque, making hill climbs effortless and flat terrain easy to navigate. The motor includes various assist modes, which are adjustable via a backlit handlebar display that also shows battery level, current speed, trip distance, and total distance.
Equipped with a 1x7 speed Shimano Altus/Tourney gearing system and an upgraded trigger shifter, the Dawes Arc ensures smooth and reliable gear changes. Its mechanical disc brakes provide confident stopping power in all weather conditions. The bike uses 20" wheels with high-volume 20x2.40" tyres, balancing comfort, stability, and speed while maintaining a compact foldable size without adding excessive weight.
The Dawes Arc is designed for easy folding in just three steps, taking less than 15 seconds to collapse or reassemble. Its lightweight alloy frame, adjustable height stem, and one-size-fits-all geometry accommodate riders from 5'0" to 6'2" (152cm to 188cm). For practical use, it includes a pannier rack, full-length mudguards, and a kickstand, making it well-suited for all-weather riding and commuting.
